There will be a special meeting of the Caddo Parish Commission at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, September 12^th , in the AEP-SWEPCO Business Center, 416 Travis Street, 2^nd floor.

The purpose of this meeting is a planning retreat for Administrative Staff and Commissioners to discuss the 2026 Caddo Parish Capital and Operating Budgets.
