      It's the first Friday of the month, which means it's time to Fall 🍂 into a new Pulse of the Parish! In the November episode, we'll go inside the 2025 "Empowering Your Health" Employee Health Fair. Then, we're off to Walter B. Jacobs to walk down memory lane with the staff as the nature park prepares for a new chapter. Finally, we check in with Caddo Employees as they share what they're grateful for.

      Yesterday the Caddo Commission presented a Special Resolution honoring the contributions of The Shreveport Sun.

      The Sun was published for more than a century as a powerful voice for truth and equity as well as a ledger for the lived experiences, achievements and challenges of the Black community. The publication also served as the official Journal of the Caddo Parish Commission for nearly a decade.
