Authorize Administration to direct up to $30,000 for emergency response to Shreveport Volunteer Network and $30,000 for emergency housing support funding from the Emergency Repair Funding already allocated in the Reserve Trust Fund.

Appoint Mr. Herb Meadows to the Parish Planning & Zoning Commission to fill the unexpired term of Phyllis Hart, Term to Expire September 8, 2028.

Appoint John Dansby to the Parish Planning & Zoning Commission to replace Damon L. Humphrey, Sr. whose term expired on October 26, 2025. The new term expire date is October 26, 2029. Exhibit 1
