Summer Grove Baptist Church 8924 Jewella Ave, Shreveport, LAThis FREE clinic is open to residents of Caddo Parish. FREE 1yr rabies vaccinations and microchips will be offered for cats, dogs, and ferrets. Proof of Caddo residency is required. Drivers' licenses/ID, utility bills, and documents that show proof of address are accepted.
