- PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
Veterans and active military members saluting during recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance would be appropriate, should you wish to do so. All others, please recite with your hands over your hearts, and we ask that everyone please remember our POW-MIA’s as we say the Pledge of Allegiance.

Citizens who wish to address the Committee may appear in person, and either fill out a comment card or request to speak when the chair asks if there are additional public comments. Individual comments are limited to 3 minutes
- NEW BUSINESS:
Introductory Discussion of the Committee to include sharing of goals and distribution of information to be considered for future discussions.
Caddo Commission Bylaws define the Rural Development Committee in this way: To this committee shall be referred items related to utility districts, and issues related to roads, water, sewer, and emergency services in those areas outside of the parish’s incorporated areas.
