The public bid opening will be held on the first floor of Government Plaza at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, December 10th, 2025. Ensure all funds are made payable to the Parish of Caddo, and that sealed bids include an Intent to Bid form rather than an application. Any bid not in the hands of a designated Adjudicated Property Specialist by 9:00 AM on the day of the bid will be invalid.
