 INVITATION FOR BID

The Parish of Caddo is accepting sealed bids for:

IFB #26-13, Road Striping and Pavement Markers

 These services are to be use at various locations throughout the Parish. Complete documents may be obtained without charge, from the Purchasing Division, Parish of Caddo, Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Suite 850, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101.

 All written Bids unless otherwise provided for must be submitted on, and in accordance with forms provided and properly signed. Bids submitted in any other form may be rejected. Bidders may elect to submit bids electronically via the internet.

To assure consideration of your bid, all bids and addenda should be returned in an envelope or package clearly marked with the bid opening date and the bid number as follow:

 IFB #26-13, Road Striping and Pavement Markers

Bids will be received no later than 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at the Parish of Caddo, Procurement Department, Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Suite 850, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101. No bid shall be received after this date and time.  All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Parish Administrator or a designated representative at the above stated date and time.

No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after receipt of Bids, except under the provisions of La. R.S.  38:2214.

The Parish of Caddo reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any and all bids and to waive any and all technicalities and informalities in accordance with the state law.
