PARISH OF CADDO MOURNS THE LOSS OF FORMER ADMINISTRATOR JUDY DURHAM
The Parish of Caddo joins the Caddo Parish community in mourning the loss of former Administrator and community member Judy Durham.
Durham served the Parish of Caddo for five years as Caddo Parish Administrator and CEO (1993). She also served as the Chief Administrative Officer of the City of Shreveport in 1988, becoming the youngest CAO in the state at the time.
“The Parish of Caddo and the Caddo Parish Commission recognize Ms. Durham’s service and contributions to the Parish of Caddo, and offer our deepest condolences to her family and loved ones,” said Caddo Parish Administrator/CEO Erica R. Bryant.
