BLANCHARD-LATEX ROAD BRIDGE CLOSURE DUE TO REPLACEMENT
Beginning Monday, August 2 the bridge located on Blanchard-Latex Road in North Caddo will be closed to allow the Caddo Parish Department of Public Works to replace the structure.
The Public Works Department will be replacing the bridge and conducting associated road improvements to expand commercial use of the bridge. These improvements will ensure decades of durability, safety and access for motorists that utilize the bridge.
Citizens are asked to use Highway 169 to Blanchard Furrh Rd to W. Daugherty Rd. as an alternate route.
Construction is expected to be completed in 90 days.
