DESCRIPTION:INVITATION TO BID \nThe Parish of Caddo hereby invites sealed Bids for \nIFB 25-23\, Dump Truck\, Heavy Duty\, Class 7 Dump Bed with Tow Package \nComplete bid documents may be obtained\, without charge\, from the Procurement Division\, Parish of Caddo\, Government Plaza\, 505 Travis Street\, Suite 850\, Shreveport\, Louisiana 71101. \nAll written Bids unless otherwise provided for must be submitted on\, and in accordance with forms provided and properly signed. Bids submitted in any other form may be rejected. Bidders may elect to submit bids electronically via the internet. Electronic bids for the Parish of Caddo are available for submission at www.bidexpress.com. Electronic bidder online will be charged a fee by Bidexpress. In addition\, bidders shall be required to obtain a digital signature certificate prior to submitting bids online. \nTo assure consideration of your bid\, all bids and addenda should be returned in an envelope or package clearly marked with the bid opening date and the bid number as follow: \nIFB 25-23\, Dump Truck\, Heavy Duty\, Class 7 Dump Bed with Tow Package \nBids will be received no later than 3:00p.m.\, Thursday\, July 31\, 2025\, at the Procurement Division\, Parish of Caddo\, Government Plaza\, 505 Travis Street\, Suite 850\, Shreveport\, Louisiana 71101.
