AT THE CADDO CORRECTIONAL CENTER’S CONFERENCE ROOM\, LOCATED AT 1101 FORUM DRIVE\, SHREVEPORT\, LA 71107 \n PROJECT NAME:   CCC Entrance Canopy Renovations \nPROJECT NUMBER:   25-15 \nARCHITECT’S PROJECT NUMBER:   23-BC0009 \nPROJECT CLASSIFICATION:  General Contractor. \nTHE GENERAL SCOPE OF THE PROJECT IS AS FOLLOWS: The project consists of the demolition of portions of the existing Entrance Canopy and rebuilding the Canopy as shown on the Drawings and Specifications\, prepared by Tim Brandon Architecture\, dated   March 2025. \nComplete Electronic Bid Documents may be obtained via Drop Box: \nTBA Studio \n2250 Hospital Drive\, Suite 100. \nShreveport\, LA 71111 \nTelephone: (318) 742-4675 \nThere will not be a deposit for the documents if obtained via Drop Box. \nAll Bids must be accompanied by Bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the base Bid and all alternates and must be in the form of a certified check\, cashier’s check or Bid Bond written in conformance with state law. \nThe successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance\, Maintenance and Payment Bond on a form provided by the Parish and written in accordance with state law. \nBids shall be accepted from Contractors who are appropriately licensed under La. R.S. 37:2150-2164. \nContractors have the option of submitting bids electronically at www.bidexpress.com \nNo Bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after receipt of Bids\, except under the provisions of La.
