AT FRANCIS P. BICKHAM BUILDING\, LOCATED AT 525 MARSHALL STREET\, SHREVEPORT\, LA 71101.  \n PROJECT NAME:   Hannah’s Park Basketball Court. \nPROJECT NUMBER:   25-27 \n ARCHITECT’S PROJECT NUMBER:   25-BC0009 \n PROJECT CLASSIFICATION:  Prime Classification of General Contractor and/or Subclassification of Heavy Construction or Highway Street & Bridge Construction. \nTHE GENERAL SCOPE OF THE PROJECT IS AS FOLLOWS: The project consists of demolition of the existing basketball court and the installation of a new concrete basketball court as shown on the Drawings and Specifications\, prepared by Tim Brandon Architecture\, dated August 2025 \nComplete Bid Documents may be obtained via Drop Box from: \nTBA Studio Architecture \n2250 Hospital Drive\, Suite 100 \nBossier City\, LA 71111 \nTelephone: (318) 742-4675 \nAttn: Angie Parish \nThere will not be a deposit for the documents if obtained via Drop Box. \nDocuments may be examined\, without charge\, upon request. \nAll Bids must be accompanied by Bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the base Bid and all alternates and must be in the form of a certified check\, cashier’s check or Bid Bond written in conformance with state law. \nThe successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance\, Maintenance and Payment Bond on a form provided by the Parish and written in accordance with state law. \nBids shall be accepted from Contractors who are appropriately licensed under La. R.S. 37:2150-2164. \nContractors have the option of submitting bids electronically at www.bidexpress.com \nNo Bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after receipt of Bids\, except under the provisions of La.
