AT THE PARKS DEPARTMENT AT 2900 HEARNE AVENUE\, SUITE B\, SHREVEPORT\, LA 71103 \n  \nPROJECT NAME:   Caddo Parish Pickleball Court Resurfacing  \n  \nPROJECT NUMBER:   24-25 \n  \nARCHITECT’S PROJECT NUMBER:   24-BC0003 \n  \nPROJECT CLASSIFICATION:  General Contractor. \nTHE GENERAL SCOPE OF THE PROJECT IS AS FOLLOWS:  The project consists of the resurfacing of existing tennis courts as shown on the Drawings and Specifications\, prepared by TBA Studio Architecture dated June 2024. \n  \nComplete Bid Documents may be obtained from: \n  \nTBA Studio Architecture \n2250 Hospital Drive\, Suite 100 \nBossier City\, LA 71111 \nTelephone: (318) 742-4675 \n  \nDeposits on documents shall be as follows:  Fifty Dollars ($150.00) per set made out to TBA Studio Architecture. \n  \nDocuments may be examined\, without charge\, upon request. \n  \nAll Bids must be accompanied by Bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the base Bid and all alternates and must be in the form of a certified check\, cashier’s check or Bid Bond written in conformance with state law. \n  \nThe successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance\, Maintenance and Payment Bond on a form provided by the Parish and written in accordance with state law. \n  \nBids shall be accepted from Contractors who are appropriately licensed under La. R.S. 37:2150-2164. \n  \nContractors have the option of submitting bids electronically at www.bidexpress.com \n  \nNo Bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after receipt of Bids\, except under the provisions of La.
