Atkins \nStormy Gage-Watts \nJohn-Paul Young \nGregory Young—President \n  \n\nINVOCATION:\nPLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:\n\nVeterans and active military members saluting during recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance would be appropriate\, should you wish to do so. All others\, please recite with your hands over your hearts\, and we ask that everyone please remember our POW-MIA’s as we say the Pledge of Allegiance. \n  \n\nAGENDA ADDITIONS:\n\n  \n\nPUBLIC COMMENTS:\n\nCitizens who wish to address the Committee may appear in person\, and either fill out a comment card or request to speak when the chair asks if there are additional public comments. Individual comments are limited to 3 minutes \n\nNEW BUSINESS:\n\n6.1 Introductory Discussion of the Committee’s role to include sharing of goals for the year\, format of discussions\, possible distribution of information to be considered for future discussions. The Caddo Commission Bylaws define the Personnel\, Policies & Procedures Committee in this way: \nTo this committee shall be referred legislation regarding matters encompassed by the Parish Charter\, Commission By-Laws\, and Parish Personnel Policies. \n6.2 Review Current Policies and Discuss ideas to enhance the quality of the Caddo Parish Commission’s Public Meetings\, to include recommendations that may suggest modifications to internal practices as well as potential by-law edits relating to meeting order\, etc. \n  \n\nADJOURN:\n\nStatement of Accommodations \nTo all persons desiring to attend and observe a meeting of the Caddo Parish Commission\, or who wish to present information to the body: If you have physical limitations that require special accommodations in order for you to attend and participate in a meeting of the Caddo Parish Commission\, please contact the office of the Caddo Parish Commission Clerk at (318) 226-6596\, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting so that an effort can be made to provide those accommodations.
