2023 Parish Summer Event/Program Guide is now available

Caddo Parish, LA – Caddo Parish Parks and Recreation Department has released the Summer 2023 Program Guide, highlighting fun and enriching opportunities for youth, adults, and families.

From sport camps/clinics and community festivals, to nature education and crime prevention programs, citizens can find something fun, informative and healthy to do this summer for the entire family.

“Caddo Parish Parks Department staff has done an outstanding job of planning a diverse slate of summer programs and leisure services for Caddo Parish youth, adults and families to enjoy. I encourage all citizens to get involved and enjoy all programs and related services that the parish has to offer to get up, get out and get moving,” said Caddo Parish Parks and Recreation Director Patrick Wesley.

In addition to scheduled summer programs and events, all Caddo Parish public parks, green space, nature trails and walking paths will be open to the general public daily from 6am – 9pm, with the exception of Walter B. Jacobs Memorial Nature Park:

(Wednesday through Saturday from 8am – 5pm, and Sundays from 1pm – 5pm.).
